BritVet Veterinary Services PC provides veterinary medical care and related services to established clients and patients. Services may include mobile veterinary care, appointment scheduling, client communications, digital intake, recordkeeping, billing, account administration, and related clinic operations.
Services are provided subject to professional judgment, patient condition, location, availability, applicable law, and the existence of a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship where required.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, appointment details, patient information, medical history, location information, and access instructions for mobile visits.
Phone, text, email, website forms, chat tools, client portals, and scheduling systems are not continuously monitored for emergencies. If your pet may be experiencing a medical emergency, call BritVet directly, contact a local emergency veterinary hospital, or seek emergency veterinary care immediately.
By providing your mobile phone number and/or email address and opting in where required, you consent to receive communications related to your pet’s care and your account. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the clinic and your pet’s care schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact the clinic directly.
BritVet Veterinary Services PC does not send marketing or promotional text messages unless separately disclosed and consented to. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS messages may be sent from (628) 432-1119.
One-time verification codes may be sent when a client initiates login, scheduling access, client portal access, or account verification. These codes are used to confirm identity and protect access to client, patient, scheduling, or account information.
Clients are responsible for keeping verification codes private and should not share them with anyone who is not authorized to access their account.
Certain website communication tools, intake tools, workflow systems, or virtual assistant systems may be automated or supported by artificial intelligence technologies. By using these tools, you acknowledge and consent that:
Remote communications, text messages, portal messages, emails, phone calls, chat tools, or telemedicine-related communications may be limited by applicable law and professional requirements. Remote communication does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical advice unless BritVet determines that such care is appropriate and legally permitted.
Clients are responsible for charges associated with services provided. BritVet may use trusted third-party platforms to support scheduling, communications, payments, recordkeeping, workflow processing, secure hosting, and account access. These providers are expected to protect information and use it only to support clinic operations.
BritVet maintains medical records in accordance with applicable veterinary medical record requirements. Clients may request medical record summaries or transfers by contacting BritVet directly. Release of records may be subject to identity verification, applicable law, patient safety considerations, and clinic procedures.
Electronic communications may be delayed, misdirected, filtered, interrupted, or unavailable. Clients should not rely on electronic messages for emergencies or time-sensitive medical concerns unless BritVet has specifically confirmed that the communication channel is appropriate for that situation.
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of clinic services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
